Now we have one big test under our belts, it’s time to focus on the WesTest2 completely. Students can still get on acuity at home and practice.
Science projects are going to be due on May 13th. That is a Thursday and will give the students 3 more weeks to complete. We will have our “Science Fair” showing on Friday May 14th. Students will need to have completed the Science Project Packet completely, tested their experiments, constructed a board to show on, and bring it to class for a presentation. I will not be the only judge. Hopefully I can get other teachers to grade their projects according to a rubric. The student with most points will win 1st place. Students will also be graded on their oral presentation. They will need to know about their projects and be able to explain well and answer questions.
Just a reminder that afterschool will only be on Tuesday and Thursday evening now.
Please review and sign the newsletter and return the bottom part on Tuesday for 5 bonus points.
